The shackle is lined with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene made to withstand aggressive pulls against sharp metal corners. This versatile shackle can replace your hitch receiver shackle and serve as a standard soft shackle at the same time. To accommodate various applications the shackle is now 34" long.

We designed our hitch receiver soft shackle to work directly in your hitch receiver! The sheath is specifically designed to protect it from raw metal edges as thin as 3/16" (the most common receiver size). It eliminates the need for hitch receiver attachment accessories that are bulky and expensive.
A tow strap provides a static pull with no kinetic energy. It is best utilized for a slow and controlled tow. A kinetic recovery rope will assist in the recovery of a stuck vehicle by providing kinetic energy and avoiding shock loading associated with a tow strap.
