Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time:

Most items listed as "In Stock" will ship within 48 hours of order being placed.
 

Transit Times:

Most orders will arrive 3 business days after shipping. All orders can also be picked up at our warehouse in Upland, CA.
 

International Shipping:

Currently we only ship to USA, Canada and Australia. To arrange other international orders please contact us at Sales@SandyCats.com. 
 

Warranties:

All Sandy Cats products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, under proper use and within published service life. See our Published Service Life page for what that means and how to make a claim. You will be responsible for shipping defective product to us in Upland, CA.
