Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy for all unused, unworn, items in original packaging. All other product refunds will incur original shipping costs. You will be responsible for return shipping to Upland, CA.
 

Cancel my Order:

All orders must be cancelled by e-mail at Sales@SandyCats.com prior to shipping date.
 

Undeliverable address, refusals:

Warranties:

All Sandy Cats products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, under proper use and within published service life. See our Published Service Life page for what that means and how to make a claim. You will be responsible for shipping defective product to us in Upland, CA.
